Emergency Response Car EMC in AISI 304 quality-Cr. Ni is used. Steels of AISI 304 and AISI 316 grades are included in this group.
There are 18% chromium and 10% nickel in 304 and such stainless steels show excellent corrosion resistance. It is a type of austenitic stainless steel containing 17% chromium, 12% nickel and 2.2% molybdenum in its 316 composition and they find use in very corrosive environments such as chlorinated environments where 304 is insufficient.
