Manufactured with “Detachable Motor Technology” that allows service technicians to repair motor group faults without entering the chamber.

The unit is assembled by joining panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and are detachable (modular).
Unit chamber entrance dimensions: width 2010 mm, height 450 mm.
Unit insulation: polyurethane compressed with a density of 40-42 kg/m³.
Insulation thickness: 60 mm on the door and 80 mm on other panels.
Plastic-based seals are used on door frames to prevent cold air conduction between the cold air inside the unit and the outer metal sheets. Seals have plastic bearings and are replaceable.
Each chamber’s motor cabin has a digital numeric display to operate that specific chamber, preventing accidental operation of other chambers.
The unit has an automatic defrost system, and defrost timing can be set via digital displays.
The unit includes 2 body trays measuring 590*1930*10 mm. Tray height is 30 mm and depth is 10 mm.
A conveyor system is available for removing body trays from inside the morgue.
The conveyor system includes Derlin rollers and is attached to the frame with screws. It is removable.
Water drains are present inside the chambers to allow water to flow out when cleaning the chamber interiors.
Body trays can carry loads up to 120 kg.
