2-Cadaver Capacity Cadaver Storage Unit (Morgue Unit) (KSU2)
Made of AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.
Has a capacity for 2 cadavers.
Operates with 2 motor units. The 2 compartments work independently.
Operating temperature of one compartment: 0 °C / +5 °C, the other: -18 °C / 0 °C.
The compartment operating at positive temperatures is produced with "Detachable Motor Technology," allowing service personnel to repair motor unit faults without entering the morgue.
Front-loading design.
The unit is assembled by joining panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and are detachable (modular design).
Compartment entrance dimensions: width 660 mm, height 530 mm.
Unit insulation: polyurethane compressed at a density of 40-42 kg/m³.
Insulation thickness: 60 mm in the lid, 80 mm in other panels.
The compartment lid can be locked but can still be opened from the inside when locked.
Plastic-based seals are used on door frames to prevent cold air conductivity between the cold air inside and the outer sheet metal. The seals have plastic bearings and are replaceable.
Each compartment has a digital numeric display on the lid to operate that specific compartment, preventing accidental operation of the wrong compartment.
The unit has an automatic defrost system, and defrost timing can be adjusted via digital displays.
The unit includes 2 mortuary trays measuring 590*1930*10 mm. The trays are 30 mm high and 10 mm deep.
A conveyor system is provided for removing mortuary trays from inside the morgue.
The conveyor system contains Delrin rollers and conveyors are attached to the body with screws. The system is removable.
Water drainage siphons are installed inside the compartments to allow water to drain when washing the morgue interiors.
Mortuary trays can carry up to 120 kg load.
Mobile (portable) design.
Equipped with 2 swivel wheels with brakes and 2 swivel wheels without brakes.
The morgue unit operates on 220 V, 50 Hz mains voltage.
Hydraulic stretcher (lifter) use is recommended for placing cadavers on all floors without manual handling.
The morgue unit includes a turnstile system that ensures compatibility with the cadaver transport trolley.
