Front-Opening Morgue Unit – Nine Body Capacity (DP9)

• Made from AISI 304 grade stainless steel.
• Capacity: 9 bodies.
• Operates with 1 motor unit.
• Manufactured with “Split Motor Technology”.

• Constructed by joining unit panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and are detachable (modular).
• Unit insulation: compressed polyurethane with a density of 40-42 kg/m³.
• Insulation thickness: 60 mm on the door and 80 mm on other panels.
• The unit's cell door can be locked, but can also be opened from the inside even when locked.
• Plastic-based gaskets are used in the door frames to prevent the cold air inside the unit from conducting to the outer cladding. Gaskets have plastic housings and are replaceable.
• The unit has an automatic defrost system with defrost timing adjustable via a digital display.
• The unit includes 9 body trays measuring 590*1930*10 mm. Tray height is 30 mm, and depth is 10 mm.
• A conveyor system is available for removing the body trays from inside the mortuary.
• The conveyor system features derlin rollers.
• Each cell has a water drain siphon to drain water during washing.
• Body trays can carry loads of up to 120 kg.
• Portable (mobile) design.
• Equipped with 2 brake-equipped swivel casters and 2 swivel casters.
• Operates on 220 V, 50 Hz mains voltage.
• It is recommended to use it with a Hydraulic Stretcher (Lifter) for hands-free loading of bodies on all levels.
