Front-Opening Morgue Unit – Four Body Capacity (DP4)

• Manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.
• Capacity for 4 cadavers.
• Operates with 1 motor unit.

• The unit is constructed by assembling panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and are detachable (modular).
• Unit insulation: compressed polyurethane with a density of 40-42 kg/m³.
• Insulation thickness: 60 mm on the lid and 80 mm on other panels.
• The unit’s cell lid features a lockable design. It can be opened from the inside even when locked.
• Plastic-based seals are used on door frames to prevent thermal conductivity between cold air inside the unit and the outer metal casing. These seals have plastic bearings and are replaceable.
• The unit includes an automatic defrost system, with defrost timing adjustable via digital displays.
• The unit contains 4 cadaver trays measuring 590*1930*10 mm. Tray height is 30 mm and depth is 10 mm.
• A conveyor system is provided for removing the cadaver trays from inside the morgue unit.
• The conveyor system features Delrin rollers.
• Each cell includes a drainage siphon to allow accumulated water to drain when cleaning the cell interiors.
• The cadaver trays have a load capacity of 120 kg.
• Portable (mobile) design.
• Equipped with 2 swivel wheels with brakes and 2 swivel wheels without brakes.
• The morgue unit operates on 220 V, 50 Hz mains power supply.
• Use with Hydraulic Stretcher (Lifter) is recommended for hands-free placement of cadavers on all floors.
