Front-Opening Morgue Unit – Four Body Capacity (EKO4)

• Made of AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.
• Capacity of 4 corpses.
• Operates with 1 motor group.

• The unit is assembled by joining panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and are detachable (modular).
• Unit insulation: polyurethane compressed at a density of 40-42 kg/m³.
• Insulation thickness is 60 mm on the lid and 80 mm on other panels.
• The cell lid of the unit is lockable and can be opened from inside even when locked.
• Plastic-based gaskets are used on door frames to prevent conduction of cold air to the outer sheet metal. The gaskets have plastic bearings and are replaceable.
• The unit has an automatic defrost system, and defrost timing can be set via digital displays.
• The unit contains 4 corpse trays measuring 590*1930*10 mm. The tray height is 30 mm, and depth is 10 mm.
• There is a conveyor system to remove corpse trays from inside the morgue.
• The conveyor system uses Derlin rollers.
• Water drainage siphons are present inside the cells to allow water to drain when washing.
• The corpse trays have a load capacity of 120 kg.
• Portable (mobile) feature.
• Equipped with 2 swivel wheels with brakes and 2 swivel wheels.
• The morgue unit operates on 220 V, 50 Hz mains power.
• It is recommended to use a hydraulic stretcher (lifter) to place corpses on all floors without manual contact.
