Front-Opening Morgue Unit – Six Body Capacity (DP6)

• Made from AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.
• Has a capacity of 6 corpses.
• Operates with 1 motor group.
• Manufactured with Split Motor Technology.

• The unit is constructed by joining panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and can be detached (modular).
• Unit insulation: polyurethane compressed at a density of 40-42 kg/m³.
• Insulation thickness is 60 mm on the door and 80 mm on other panels.
• The unit’s chamber door is lockable. Even when locked, it can be opened from the inside.
• Plastic-based seals are used on door frames to prevent cold air conduction to the external metal sheets. The seals have plastic holders and are replaceable.
• The unit has an automatic defrost system with adjustable defrost timing via digital displays.
• The unit contains 6 corpse trays measuring 590*1930*10 mm. Tray height is 30 mm, and depth is 10 mm.
• A conveyor system is available for removing corpse trays from inside the morgue.
• The conveyor system uses Derlin rollers.
• Water drainage siphons are installed inside the chamber to drain accumulated water when washing the morgue interior.
• Corpse trays have a load capacity of 120 kg each.
• Portable (mobile) design.
• Equipped with 2 swivel wheels with brakes and 2 swivel wheels without brakes.
• The morgue unit operates on 220 V, 50 Hz mains power.
• Use with a Hydraulic Stretcher (Lifter) is recommended for placing corpses on all floors without manual handling.
