Front-Opening Morgue Unit – Six Body Capacity (EKO6)

• Manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel.
• 6 corpse capacity.

• Front-loading design.
• Operating temperature: 0 °C / +5 °C (Optional: -20 °C)
• Unit formed by assembling panels. Panels are joined with a locking system and are removable. (modular)
• Unit insulation: 40-42 kg/m³ density compressed polyurethane.
• Insulation thickness is 60 mm in the cover and 80 mm in the other panels.
• The unit’s cell door can be locked. Even when locked, it can be opened from inside.
• Plastic-based gaskets are used on door frames to prevent thermal conduction between the cold air inside the unit and the outer sheet metal coverings. Plastic seats for the gaskets are available, and the gaskets are replaceable.
• The unit has an automatic defrost system, and defrost timing can be set via digital screens.
• The unit includes 6 corpse trays, each measuring 590*1930*10 mm. Tray height is 30 mm, and depth is 10 mm.
• A conveyor system is available for removing the trays from the morgue.
• The conveyor system features Derlin rollers.
• When the inside of the morgue cell needs to be washed, a water drain siphon is available inside the cells to drain the accumulated water.
• Each tray can carry up to 120 kg.
• Portable (mobile) feature.
• Equipped with 2 swivel wheels with brakes and 2 swivel wheels.
• The morgue unit operates at 220 V, 50 Hz mains voltage.
• It is recommended to use a hydraulic stretcher (lifter) to place the corpse on all levels without manual handling.
