Front-Opening Morgue Unit – Twelve Body Capacity (DP12)

• Made from AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.
• Capacity for 12 bodies.
• Operates with 2 motor groups.

• The unit is formed by joining panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and are detachable (modular).
• Unit insulation: Polyurethane compressed at 40-42 kg/m3 density.
• Insulation thickness is 60 mm on the door and 80 mm on other panels.
• The cell door of the unit is lockable. Even when locked, it can be opened from inside.
• Plastic-based gaskets are used on door frames to prevent the conduction of cold air inside the unit to the outer metal sheets. The gaskets have plastic bearings and are replaceable.
• The unit has an automatic defrost system, and defrost timing can be set via digital displays.
• The unit includes 12 body trays sized 590*1930*10 mm. Tray height is 30 mm and depth is 10 mm.
• A conveyor system is provided to remove the body trays from inside the morgue.
• The conveyor system uses Derlin rollers.
• Water drain siphons are installed inside the cells to allow drainage of accumulated water when washing the morgue interiors.
• The body trays have a load capacity of 120 kg.
• Portable (mobile) feature.
• Equipped with 4 brake swivel casters and 4 swivel casters.
• The morgue unit operates on 220 V, 50 Hz mains voltage.
• Use with a Hydraulic Stretcher (Lifter) is recommended for placing bodies on all floors without manual handling.
