Front-Opening Morgue Unit – Twelve Body Capacity (DP123)

• Made of AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.
• Capacity of 12 bodies.
• Operates with 3 motor groups.
• Manufactured with Split Motor Technology.

• The unit is formed by joining panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and can be detached (modular).
• Unit insulation: polyurethane compressed at 40-42 kg/m3 density.
• Insulation thickness is 60 mm on the door and 80 mm on other panels.
• The unit’s cell door is lockable and can be opened from inside even when locked.
• Plastic-based gaskets are used on door frames to prevent cold air conduction to outer metal sheets. The gaskets have plastic bearings and are replaceable.
• The unit has an automatic defrost system, and defrost timing can be set via digital displays.
• The unit has 12 body trays sized 590*1930*10 mm. Tray height is 30 mm, depth is 10 mm.
• A conveyor system is available to remove body trays from the morgue cell.
• The conveyor system uses Derlin rollers.
• The morgue cell has water drain siphons inside to allow water to drain when washing the cell interior.
• The body trays support up to 120 kg load capacity.
• Portable (mobile) feature.
• Equipped with 6 brake swivel casters and 6 swivel casters.
• The morgue unit operates on 220 V, 50 Hz mains voltage.
• It is recommended to use with a hydraulic stretcher (lifter) to place bodies on all levels without manual contact.
