Front-Opening Morgue Unit – Twelve Body Capacity (DEKO12)

• Made of AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.
• Has a capacity of 12 corpses.

• The unit is constructed by joining modular panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and can be separated.
• Unit insulation: polyurethane compressed at a density of 40-42 kg/m³.
• Insulation thickness is 60 mm on the door and 80 mm on other panels.
• The unit’s cell door can be locked but can also be opened from the inside even when locked.
• Plastic-based gaskets are used on door frames to prevent cold air conduction to the external sheet metal. The gaskets have plastic seats and are replaceable.
• The unit has an automatic defrost system, and defrost timing can be set via digital screens.
• The unit includes 12 corpse trays measuring 590*1930*10 mm. The trays have a height of 30 mm and depth of 10 mm.
• A conveyor system is available to remove the corpse trays from inside the morgue.
• The conveyor system uses Derlin rollers.
• Drain traps are present inside the cells to allow water to drain when washing the morgue interior.
• Corpse trays have a load capacity of 120 kg.
• Portable (mobile) feature.
• Equipped with 4 swivel wheels with brakes and 4 swivel wheels without brakes.
• The morgue unit operates at 220 V, 50 Hz mains voltage.
• It is recommended to use a hydraulic stretcher (lifter) for placing corpses on all floors without manual handling.
