Front-Opening Morgue Unit – Two Body Capacity (TG2)

Made from AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.

Operates with 2 motor units.
Manufactured with “Detachable Motor Technology” that allows service technicians to repair motor unit faults without entering the cell.
Front loading design.
Operating temperature: 0 °C / +5 °C (Optional: -20 °C)
The unit is produced as a single piece.
Unit insulation: polyurethane compressed at 40-42 kg/m³ density.
Insulation thickness is 40 mm.
The cell lid of the unit is lockable. It can still be opened from the inside when locked.
Plastic-based gaskets are used on the door frames to prevent conduction of cold air inside the unit to the external sheet metal. The gaskets have plastic seats and are replaceable.
Each cell is operated by a digital numeric display mounted on its lid, preventing accidental operation of other cells.
The unit has an automatic defrost system with adjustable defrost timing via digital displays.
The unit includes 2 cadaver trays sized 590*1930*10 mm. Tray height is 30 mm, and depth is 10 mm.
A conveyor system is available for removing the cadaver trays from inside the morgue.
The conveyor system has Derlin rollers and is mounted to the body with screws. It is removable.
Drain siphons are present inside the cells to allow water to drain when washing the cell interiors.
Cadaver trays support a load capacity of 120 kg.
