Front-Opening Morgue Unit – Single Body Capacity (DP1)

Manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.

Operates with a single motor unit.
Produced with “Detachable Motor Technology” that allows service personnel to repair motor units without entering the chamber.
Front-loading design.
Operating temperature: 0 °C / +5 °C (Optional: -20 °C)
Constructed by assembling modular panels connected with a locking system, allowing easy disassembly.
Chamber entry dimensions: width 660 mm, height 530 mm.
Unit insulation: compressed polyurethane foam with a density of 40-42 kg/m³.
Insulation thickness: 60 mm on the door and 80 mm on other panels.
The chamber door is lockable but can be opened from the inside even when locked.
Plastic-based seals are used on door frames to prevent cold air conduction to the outer sheet metal; seals have plastic bearings and are replaceable.
Each chamber door is equipped with a digital numeric display to control its operation, preventing accidental activation of the wrong chamber.
The unit has an automatic defrost system with defrost timing adjustable via digital displays.
