Front-Opening Oversized Morgue Unit – Single Body Capacity (DPO1)

Manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.

Operates with 1 motor group.
Produced with "Detachable Motor Technology" that allows service personnel to fix motor group malfunctions without entering the cell.

The unit is constructed by assembling panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and are detachable (modular).
Cell entrance dimensions: width 790 mm, height 530 mm.
Unit insulation: polyurethane compressed with a density of 40-42 kg/m³.
Insulation thickness: 60 mm in the cover, 80 mm in other panels.
The cell cover is lockable but can still be opened from the inside when locked.
Plastic-based gaskets are used on door jambs to prevent conduction of cold air to outer metal sheets. Gaskets have plastic seats and are replaceable.
Each cell has a digital numeric display on its door, allowing individual cell operation to prevent accidental operation of another cell.
The unit has an automatic defrost system, and defrost timing can be adjusted via digital displays.
The unit includes 1 body tray sized 735*1930*10 mm. Tray height is 30 mm, and depth is 10 mm.
Conveyor system is available to remove body trays from inside the morgue cell.
The conveyor has Delrin rollers, mounted to the body with screws, and is removable.
The cells include a drain trap to allow water drainage when washing inside.
Body trays support a load capacity of 170 kg.
