Side-Opening Morgue Unit – Single Body Capacity (DPY1)

Manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.
It has a capacity of 1 corpse.
Operates with 1 motor group.
Produced with the “Demountable Motor Technology”, which allows service personnel to fix motor group faults without entering the cell.
Side loading.

Unit is assembled by joining panels. The panels are joined with a locking system and are detachable (modular).
Cell entry dimensions of the unit: width 2010 mm, height 450 mm.
Unit insulation: 40-42 kg/m³ density compressed polyurethane.
Insulation thickness is 60 mm in the cover and 80 mm in other panels.
To prevent the cold air inside the unit from conducting with the outer coating sheets, plastic-based gaskets are used in the door frames. The gaskets have plastic beds and are replaceable.
Each cell is operated by a digital numeric display placed on the motor cabinet of that cell, preventing accidental operation of other cells.
The unit has an automatic defrost system, and defrost time can be adjusted via digital displays.
The unit has 1 corpse tray, with dimensions of 590*1930*10 mm. The trays are 30 mm high and 10 mm deep.
A conveyor system is available to remove the corpse trays from the mortuary.
The conveyor system includes Delrin rollers, and the conveyors are attached to the body with screws. They are removable.
When the interior of the mortuary cells is washed, there is a water drain siphon inside the cells for water drainage.
The corpse trays can carry a load of 120 kg.
It has portability (mobility) feature.
Equipped with 2 swivel casters with brakes and 2 swivel casters without brakes.
The mortuary unit operates on 220 V, 50 Hz mains voltage.
It is recommended to use it with a Hydraulic Stretcher (Lifter) to place the corpse on all layers without human contact.
