Front-Opening Morgue Unit – Three Body Capacity (DEKO3)

• Made of AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.
• Capacity for 3 bodies.
• Operates with 1 motor unit.
• Manufactured with Split Motor Technology.

• Constructed by joining unit panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and are detachable (modular).
• Unit insulation: compressed polyurethane with density of 40-42 kg/m³.
• Insulation thickness is 60 mm on the lid and 80 mm on other panels.
• The cell door of the unit is lockable and can be opened from the inside even when locked.
• Plastic-based seals are used on door frames to prevent conduction of cold air to the outer metal sheets. Seals have plastic bearings and are replaceable.
• The unit has an automatic defrost system, and defrost timing can be set via digital displays.
• The unit includes 3 body trays measuring 590*1930*10 mm. Tray height is 30 mm and depth is 10 mm.
• There is a conveyor system for removing body trays from the morgue unit.
• The conveyor system uses Derlin rollers.
• Water drainage siphons are present inside the cells to allow water to flow out when washing the interiors.
• The body trays support a load capacity of 120 kg.
• Portable (mobile) feature.
• Equipped with 2 swivel wheels with brakes and 2 swivel wheels.
• The morgue unit operates on 220 V, 50 Hz mains voltage.
• It is recommended to use with a hydraulic stretcher (lifter) for placing bodies on all floors without touching.
