Side-Opening Morgue Unit – Three Body Capacity (DPY3)

Made from AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.

Operates with 3 motor groups.
Manufactured with "Detachable Motor Technology" that allows service technicians to fix motor group faults without entering the cell.
Side loading type.

The unit is assembled by joining panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and are detachable (modular).
Cell entrance dimensions: width 2010 mm, height 450 mm.
Unit insulation: polyurethane compressed at 40-42 kg/m3 density.
Insulation thickness is 60 mm on the door and 80 mm on other panels.
Plastic-based gaskets are used on door frames to prevent cold air conductivity between the cold air inside the unit and the outer metal sheets. The gaskets have plastic supports and are replaceable.
Each cell's motor cabin has a digital numeric display that controls that specific cell, preventing accidental operation of another cell.
The unit has an automatic defrost system with adjustable defrost timing via the digital displays.
The unit includes 3 body trays measuring 590*1930*10 mm. Tray height is 30 mm, and depth is 10 mm.
There is a conveyor system for removing body trays from inside the morgue.
The conveyor system features Delrin rollers and is mounted to the frame with screws. It is removable.
There is a water drain siphon inside the cells to allow accumulated water to drain when washing the morgue cells.
The body trays can carry a load of 120 kg.
It is portable (mobile).

The morgue unit operates on 220 V, 50 Hz mains voltage.
