Front-Opening Morgue Unit – Three Body Capacity (EKO3)

Manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.
3-body capacity.
Operates with 3 motor units.
Produced with the “Detachable Motor Technology”, which allows service technicians to repair motor unit faults without entering the chamber.
Front loading.

The unit is constructed by assembling modular panels. Panels are connected with a locking system and are detachable.
Unit chamber entry dimensions: width 660 mm, height 440 mm.
Unit insulation: polyurethane compressed at a density of 40-42 kg/m³.
Insulation thickness is 60 mm on the door and 80 mm on other panels.
The chamber door of the unit is lockable and can be opened from the inside even when locked.
Plastic-based gaskets are used on door frames to prevent cold air conductivity to the outer steel panels. The gaskets have plastic seats and are replaceable.
Each chamber door is equipped with a digital numeric display to operate that specific chamber, preventing accidental operation of other chambers.
The unit has an automatic defrost system with adjustable defrost timing through digital displays.
The unit includes 3 body trays sized 590*1930*10 mm. Tray height is 30 mm and depth is 10 mm.
A conveyor system is installed to remove body trays from inside the morgue chambers.
The conveyor system features Delrin rollers and is mounted to the frame with screws. It is detachable.
Water drainage traps are installed inside the chambers to allow water to flow out when cleaning.
Each body tray has a load capacity of 120 kg.
