Side-Opening Morgue Unit – Three Body Capacity (TGY3)

Manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel material.

Produced with "Detachable Motor Technology" that allows service personnel to repair motor group malfunctions without entering the chamber.
Side loading design.

The unit is manufactured as a single piece.
Unit insulation: compressed polyurethane with a density of 40-42 kg/m3.
Insulation thickness is 40 mm.
Plastic-based seals are used on door frames to prevent conduction of cold air inside the unit to the outer sheet metal. The seals have plastic holders and are replaceable.
Each chamber is operated via a digital numeric display placed on the motor cabin of that chamber, preventing accidental operation of the wrong chamber.
The unit has an automatic defrost system, and defrost timing can be adjusted via digital displays.
The unit includes 3 cadaver trays measuring 590*1930*10 mm. The trays have a height of 30 mm and a depth of 10 mm.
A conveyor system is provided for removing cadaver trays from inside the morgue.
The conveyor system includes derlin rollers, and the conveyors are attached to the body with screws. They are detachable.
Water drainage siphons are present inside the chambers to allow water to flow out when cleaning the interior.
Cadaver trays have a load capacity of 120 kg.
Portable (mobile) feature.
Equipped with 2 swivel wheels with brakes and 2 swivel wheels without brakes.
The morgue unit operates on 220 V, 50 Hz mains voltage.
